In the last few years, the number of dwellings planned for construction has increased substantially by 86%. In 2018 – 7,291 dwelling was planned for construction while in 2013 that figure was 3,910. The data shows an increase in the number of planned dwellings and the projections estimate a further continuation of this trend.
