Adam Ragab, MRICS

Regional Partner

Adam has over ten years of experience in real estate, which includes his employment at Colliers in Vienna (Austria) and in the banking sector as a value and asset manager. He has been professionally active in SEE/CEE region since 2011, having led the valuation, asset management and market research departments in various countries, including in Montenegro, for an Austrian-based wind-down entity with a portfolio of €400 million assets. His references include complex valuation and feasibility study assignments of commercial and industrial properties, hotels and trade related properties and heritage properties.

He has special interest in development properties and special planning. With extensive international experience throughout his career, he is fluent in English and German. Following his studies in Hungary and Germany with an MSc degree in Engineering and Management, he obtained MRes in Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University, UK.

He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2013.


Darko Bogetić, MRICS

Managing Partner, Montenegro and Serbia

Darko has over 10 years experience in real estate and construction, engaging in the valuation of an extensive variety of real estate types, as well as in construction site management and supervision, and in construction design.

As construction supervisor, he ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation as well as statutory regulations. He has worked on projects financed by the United Nations, the EU and the Government of Montenegro, including a variety of real estate types, sport and healthcare facilities and infrastructural projects.

He has a special interest in development properties. He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Montenegro and gained international experience in Spain and Poland. He is native in Montenegrin (with Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian), speaks English fluently and he is a member of the Association of Licenced Valuers, of the Engineers Chamber of Montenegro and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Laszlo Apro, MRICS

Managing Director, Hungary & CEE

Laszlo has twenty years of experience in real estate consultancy in CEE and SEE region, having worked for both commercial banks, Erste Bank Hungary and Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG, and international real estate agencies including American Appraisal and King Sturge – Jones Lang LaSalle as a collateral manager, senior valuer and head of real estate market research.

He is specialized in the corporate segment including valuation and feasibility studies of large volume income producing real estates. The real estate market of the Balkans & CEE have been in his focus since 2012, being responsible mainly for valuation services and leading market research projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Hungary, and occasionally in Austria and northern Italy on behalf of HETA Asset Resolution AG.

He is native Hungarian, fluent in English, with basic German and graduated as BSc of Real Estate, Economic Science and Engineering, Urban Planning, and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyor (MRICS) since 2011.

Darko Đikanović, MSc

Market Analyst

Darko is specialised in statistical research and real estate market analysis. He has strong analytical skills, which include proficient use of statistical tools, such as Stata, EViews and SPSS along with R programming language.

He previously worked at an accredited scientific institution in Montenegro performing research on a wide range of social and economic topics and received many awards throughout his academic career.

He is native in Montenegrin and fluent in English with basic French. He holds a master’s degree in statistics.


Milica Popović, BSc

Office Manager, SEE

Milica has a background in teaching and languages and has worked as office manager for several local and international companies. She has been previously employed as assistant for Montenegrin Tennis Federation in Podgorica and has been responsible for the international client liaison for local companies, while teaching at the University of Donja Gorica.

She has graduated with outstanding results at the University of Montenegro, in French language and literature, and she has skills in five European languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).


William Parker

MA (Oxon), FRICS Senior Valuation Consultant

William has been engaged in the valuation of commercial real estate for 40 years, and during that time has appraised many very large and complex properties.

After heading the valuation department of Jones Lang Wootton in New York, USA for ten years he worked as an independent contractor, often for various Colliers companies throughout Europe and around the world, specialising in challenging, complex and difficult circumstances.

Mr Parker, a graduate of Oxford University in England, has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1975 (FRICS) and MAI since 1978 which qualifications complement his word-wide experience.


Jasmina Maglajlija, MRICS

Country Manager, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Jasmina has over fifteen years of experience in construction, interior design and real estate.

She has worked for construction and engineering companies as project manager assistant and for design companies on various high standard projects. Having worked for international banks as internal valuer and for real estate investors for the last seven years, she has extensive experience in real estate valuation, valuation management, as well as asset management.

She has special interest in development and hospitality projects, she is native in Bosnian with fluent English. She has an architecture degree and has been a licenced architect by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2009, and as court appraiser since 2011. She is currently a candidate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Selma Morankic Miljkovic

Valuation Consultant

Selma has gained throughout her career extensive experience in valuation and in the construction and interior design branch.

She has started working as real estate valuer in 2011, has been employed by international banks and gained up to date 7 years of valuation experience, having performed internal valuation for banks, their wind-down entities and for a variety of clients.

Selma is a architecture graduate of Sarajevo University, has been a court appraisal since 2016 and she is the member of NAVS/NUPS (National Association of Valuers of Serbia). She has started this year her REV traineeship for TEGoVA’s REV certificate.

Zsuzsa Farkas, MSc

Senior Valuer and Investment Advisor

Zsuzsa has over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction fields. Throughout her career she gained experience as asset and project manager, site engineer, construction monitor and valuer, working on a wide range of complex tasks and asset types including commercial properties, infrastructural projects and distressed assets. She worked in the banking sector, for engineering companies and for an international real estate consultancy, servicing a variety of reputable clients.

She has special interest in development properties. She graduated in engineering and management, as well as in architecture and she is a Hungarian licenced valuer. She is native in Hungarian and speaks English with basic German.


Drasko Mirkovic, MSc

Junior Valuer and Building Surveyor

Following his graduation at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica, Drasko continued pursuing his career in real estate. He has four years of experience in performing real estate valuations as an external valuer of various property types and his broader knowledge includes construction, project monitoring and real estate development consultancy. His educational path covered various professional fields, including design, planning and project monitoring.


Ljubica Rovcanin, MSc

Junior Valuer and Building Surveyor

Ljubica graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Montenegro and is currently undertaking her masters studies in business administration. During her studies, she gained experience in building surveying through volunteer work on construction site, where she had the opportunity to use the knowledge acquired during her education, this time in practice. She has been working on real estate valuation for over 2 years and has developed a special interest in the valuation of hotel and other tourist and services related projects. She has been a member of the Association of Certified Appraisers of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro since 2019.


Zoltan Szabo

Country Manager, Romania

Zoltan has more than 6 years of experience in real estate, which covers extensive sales experience working for reputable real estate agencies, and consultancies.

He has been involved over the years in sales transactions, lettings and forthcoming refurbishments of more than 100 properties and he has performed several hundreds of market appraisals for a large variety of property types across Romania.

He has special interest in investment properties and marketing. Zoltan is fluent in Romanian and Hungarian and speaks English. With his multi-disciplinary background, he has thorough knowledge about the real estate market and its trends, with a particular focus on Transylvania.


Miljana Jovanovic

Valuer and Building Surveyor

Miljana has over three years of experience in architecture, construction and real estate. Having worked in several architect offices, she additionally gained international experience in Warsaw, working for ‘Hermanowicz Rewski Architects’ active on the real estate field as well as for a real estate consulting and valuation company in Italy.

She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at University of Nis in 2015, where she also acquired her master’s degree at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in 2017. She acquired the title of master’s in architecture at the prestigious Politecnico di Milano in 2018.

She is native in Serbian, and fluent in English, with basic Italian, Spanish and German.


Sandor Ledan

Valuation Consultant

Sandor has over 15 of experience in real estate valuation; he is member of the Romanian Valuer Association (ANEVAR) and he licenced to perform the valuation of tangible assets as well.

He has previously been involved several bankruptcy procedures, where acted as asset manager, valuer and professional advisor. Throughout his career he has performed over 1,000 valuations predominantly for loan security, bankruptcy and taxation purposes.

He has a degree in mechanical engineering, and he has special interest in the technical field. Furthermore, he is a certified accountant.
