Darko has over 10 years’ experience in real estate and construction, engaging in the valuation of an extensive variety of real estate types, as well as in construction site management and supervision, and in construction design.
As construction supervisor, he ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation as well as statutory regulations. He has worked on projects financed by the United Nations, the EU and the Government of Montenegro, including a variety of real estate types, sport and healthcare facilities and infrastructural projects.

Ljubica has over two years of experience in valuation, during which period she has been involved in several hundreds of valuations predominantly of standard property types across Montenegro. Smiljan has over ten years of experience in real estate, which includes implementation of real estate projects for sales and the valuation of the variety of property types, as well as machinery and equipment.
