Adam Ragab, MRICS

Adam has ten years of experience in real estate, including employment at Colliers in Vienna and in the banking sector as a valuer and asset manager. He has been active professionally in the SEE/CEE region since 2011, having led valuation, asset management and market research departments in various countries in the region, including managing a €300 million portfolio of assets Montenegro for an Austrian-based wind-down entity. He has a special interest in development properties and spatial planning. With extensive international experience throughout his career, he is fluent in English and German. Following studies in Hungary and Germany with an MSc in Engineering and Management, he obtained an MSc in Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University, UK. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2013.
