Darko Bogetic, d.i.g.

Darko has 9 years’ experience in the real estate and construction field, engaged in the valuation of a extensive variety of real estate types, as well as in construction site management and supervision, and in construction design. As construction supervisor, he ensured that various challenging projects were in accordance with project documentation as well as statutory regulations. He has been involved in projects financed by the United Nations, the European Union and the Government of Montenegro, including residential buildings, apart-hotels, sport and healthcare facilities and parking garages. He has a special interest in development properties. He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Montenegro and gained international experience in Spain and Poland. He is native in South Slavic languages, speaks English fluently and he has been a member of the Association of Licenced Valuers and of the Engineers Chamber of Montenegro since 2014.
