Milica has a background in teaching and languages and has worked as office manager for several local and international companies. She has been previously employed as assistant for Montenegrin Tennis Federation in Podgorica and has been responsible for the international client liaison for local companies, while teaching at the University of Donja Gorica. She has graduated with outstanding results at the University of Montenegro, in French language and literature, and she has skills in five European languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
