Our valuation department consists of locally qualified valuers, practicing ‘in-country’. Our strength is that we combine ‘live’ and local market knowledge – which we believe is essential to ensure reliable services in the region – with current international practice, in accordance with the professional standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). By relying on globally accepted standards, we minimize the risks often associated with the quality of valuations in the Balkans.

Having gained our own experience managing the internal valuation and asset management teams of financial institutions, we understand the requirements of our Clients and of the real estate portfolios we service. Our list of references covers a variety of property types, such as shopping centres, office and industrial buildings, development land and projects, as well as residential buildings and units.

The strict quality control and internal procedures we apply, along with our strong market intelligence, enables us to regularly service and update large portfolios, while maintaining proactive communication with our Clients and working with often-tight deadlines.
